It's not that they can't pick
just one.... they won't!

A trend among local high schools
is to name multiple valedictorians.

Plus, a local man's spider bite
has many mistaking common spiders for
the brown recluse.

We'll show you how to tell the

difference.

Potomac Falls vs. Blacksburg The Bruins came in with a record :00 of 20 and 2, but the Panthers were no
pushover.

Early on, Peyton Berkeley makes
the great save for Blacksburg, but the
second attempt grazes the post and then
goes in off the leg of Bruins defender
Freddie Jones and Potomac Falls led
1-nothing.

But Blacksburg answered as Erik
Olson uses some fancy footwork and
leaves the great ball for Nash Pleasant
who knows what to do with it. That
tally made it a 1-all game.
*CG final Potomac Falls It stayed that way thru regulation and 4 overtime. Then Blacksburg prevailed Blacksburg 5-4 on penalty kicks, advancing to the 5 title game for the 12th time in school
history.

box that finds the bottom corner of the
net to make it 1-nothing Tigers.

Byrd had several chances to punch
it in, but couldn't get it done. *CG final William Byrd Tabb advances with a 1-nil victory.

But Stonebridge got this penalty
kick off the foot of Mary Jo Loos

Chelsea Kelly hits the nubber back to

Twelve hens and three roosters strutted

The birds have been on a strict

bodies would fit beautifully into the
designer clothes.

They showed off five specially
designed outfits.
