New River Valley.

the crime show America's Most Wanted
saying that they saw Daniel Andreas San
Diego in Pulaski.
The F-B-I is investigating, but say
there is no credible evidence that he
is in this area.
The animal rights activist is
wanted in connection with the 2003
bombings of two California companies
that perform lab tests on animals.

truck flippped over on Route 130 in
Amherst County this morning.

This Morning State police say the truck was
headed west when it suffered a
mechanical problem, causing the driver
to lose control.
The truck flipped onto its side
and skidded several yards, losing some
of its load of 12- foot logs.
One lane of Route 130 near Route
635 was blocked for several hours, as
crews worked to clear the scene.

in Radford is now being called a
homicide.
A grand jury indicted Timothy
Joel Lytton yesterday for distribution
of Hydromorphone and felony homicide.
Police say Lytton gave the drug,
also known as "special K" to Radford
resident Shawn Shrewsberry in October
2002.
Shrewsberry was later found dead
in his apartment.
Police say they charged Lytton
with felony homicide to send a message
that Radford will be tough on drug
dealers.

His mom and step dad last saw him on
Mother's Day-
When they went by the house he rents
in Back Creek- they found the door
unlocked- mail piled up and his his two
dogs without food or water.
Neighbors say that's unusual.

Grabowski's pickup truck is also
missing- it's a rusty 1977 Black Ford-

Grabowski grew up in the area-
graduated from Cave Spring High School
and Roanoke College-- people who knew
him say he was friendly- kind of a

reunited Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant.

since his passing three years ago.
For the second straight year -

Brown - Lee Suggs is coming back to aid
the cause.
Suggs grew up at Fleming with
Roy's two children.

Former Redskins Ron McDole and
Pat Fischer - who were such a big part
of last year's event will be back along
with another one of Roy's favorites -
Dell Curry.
Conflicts in the past two years
have kept the former NBA sharpshooter
from returning - but this year Curry
will be on hand.

to tee it up for the first time this
year.

Yankee Boss George Steinbrenner, along

the official announcement today.
The new ballpark will seat nearly
51-thousand people.
Its exterior will be modeled after
the original facade of Yankee Stadium,
which opened in 19-23.
It's the third oldest ballpark in the

movie franchise premiered Europe
yesterday.

made an appearance in London, along
with the new version of the Batmobile.
*CG file "Batman Begins"/Warner Bros Bale agreed to do the movie when there
was more character development and less
special effects.
This movie, called Batman Begins,
is a prequel to the other, and explores
the early years of Batman's life and
career.
The 135 MILLION dollar movie is
expected to be one of the summer's
biggest. It opens in the U-S today.
