apparent stabbing in Southeast.

around 4:30 this afternoon.

They found Damon Presnell bleeding
from the stomach.

He claims he fell on something but
police believe he was stabbed.

set a fire to a Church in Radford this
morning.

Christian Church.

Firefighters arrived around two
this morning, after someone saw smoke
coming from the building.

No one was hurt.

Investigators say the damage is
estimated at about 100-thousand

morning services at the Wesley
Foundation on Downey Street at 10.

state revenues rose 23 percent last

month.

John Bennet says, so far this
year, revenue collections are up more
than 15 percent, which is higher than
expected.

Most of the growth is due to
corporate income, individual
non-witholding taxes and real estate
taxes.

According to Bennett, last year's
one-point-four percent tax increase
provided a boost.

Although the revenue would have
gone up 19 percent in May even without
the tax increase.

them up.

has more than 50 ducks in her backyard.

City code allows no more than 10.

Last month, Canode was charged
with violating the limit on poultry,

allowing the ducks to roam at large,
and failure to maintain the area.

Hollywood, Florida utility truck this
morning then led police on a high-speed
chase.

High-speed for a while, anyway,
before the truck got stalled in heavy
traffic.

Police captured the suspect at
gunpoint, but aerial cameras suggest
that's not all they did.

One of the officers appears to
repeatedly hit the suspect with his
knee. No word on whether local police

Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo have each
been indicted on six counts of murder
in Montgomery County, Maryland.

while Malvo faces up to six consecutive

Marathon even though the race has yet
to begin.

Since Yolande Marois started
running in her late 50's she's
completed 20 marathons.

She's now 80 and has her sights
set on New York.

But the Big Apple rejected her
race application.

So Yolande approached a New York
TV station for help.

The station put her in touch with
the race director and now she and her
husband will be allowed to run.

Yolande says she plans to keep
running at least until her 90th
birthday.


Then, she says, she'll
reevaluate.
