GRAPHIC=Fatal Shooting Henry County authorities are

investigating a shooting that left one

person dead.

It happened just before two
yesterday morning at Moran's Trailer
Park on Route-57 in the Bassett area.

Authorities say several men got
into a fight over a woman, which led to
the shooting.

18-year-old Jermaine Cox-Ingram
was shot in the stomach.

He later died at the hospital.

bullet entered her house.

She's thankful that she was in
her basement and not her living room.

McNair's house around 6:15 yesterday
morning.

The bullet entered McNair's house
number, continued through the wall and

thrown from a motorcycle.

It happened around 6:30 Saturday night
in the 12-hundred block of Pumpkin
Creek Lane.

Police say the motorcycle was headed
north, when it lost control and ran
into the side of the car in front of

33-year-old Shawn Elizabeth Hammock
died at the scene.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken
to the hospital for treatment.

morning in the 200-block of Hughes
Street.

A woman told police she was walking in
the area and stopped to talk to two
men, when they assaulted and robbed
her.

The suspects then took off in a

burgundy vehicle, with Virginia tags

The suspects are described as two black
men in their 30s and 40s, each weighing
about 160 pounds.

investigating a shooting that left one
person dead.

It happened just before two

o'clock yesterday morning at Moran's
Trailer Park on Route-57 in the Bassett
area.

Authorities say several men got
into a fight over a woman, which led to
the shooting.

18-year-old Jermaine Cox-Ingram
was shot in the stomach.

He later died at the hospital.

Henry County authorities are
investigating a fatal shooting at
Moran's Trailer Park on Route-57 in the
Bassett area. Authorities say several
men got into a fight over a woman,
which led to the shooting early
yesterday morning.

18-year-old Jermaine Cox-Ingram
was shot and later died at the
hospital..

Danville police are looking for two
robbery suspects. A woman told police
she was walking in the 200 block of
Hughes Street early yesterday morning
and stopped to talk to two men, when
they assaulted and robbed her.

ENG#1 Two new laws that affect Virginia's

lakes go into effect July first. One
requires a game warden to be on the
water at all times during the daylight
hours between Memorial Day and Labor
Day.

The second law deals with alcohol and
boating.

It states that an intoxicated boater
who causes an unintentional death, is
guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
