Ganassi announced that Sterling Marlin
would not be back in the Coors Light
Dodge next season.

He'll be replaced by Busch driver

David Stremme (strem- mee).

VO-NAT Marlin has been offered a

lucrative offer to drive full time in
the Busch Series next season with the
organization.

But he says he'll explore his Nextel
Cup options before making a decision.

Marlin has driven the number 40 for
the past 8 seasons, and will finish out
the year behind the wheel of that ride.

Meanwhile, Stremme will run 4 Cup
races this season in a fourth Ganassi
entry.
