Police in Pittsylvania County say they
know where Shelby Marie Strubler is.

Police used A-T-M records to
locate her in Atlantic Beach, North
Carolina.

Strubler's son told 9-1-1
dispatchers last Monday that she was
going to burn down their house.

A short while later, the house
burned.

No charges have been filed.

Those who work in the city market
building are unhappy about the plans
for the new art museum in downtown
Roanoke. Merchants were hopeful the
museum would bring them more business,
but they now doubt that since the art
museum dropped plans to also build an
IMAX theater.

Despite the change, some merchants

are considering staying open later once
the new museum opens.
