contractor will open a facility in
Danville.

19th, so we don't know how much he'd
been drinking.
Shelor pled guilty this morning
and faces up to five years behind bars
for driving after having been declared

women and children's center.

extra pounds.

coach Larry Wood is back in the saddle
with a promotion. Today he was hired as
the new head coach at Roanoke College.

2003 Just two weeks ago he retired
:00 from the Roanoke County school system
where he did just about everything for
Glenvar baseball in his 20 years at the
school.
He won a state title with the
Highlanders in 1994 and was named coach
of the year in the Pioneer and Three
Rivers districts a combined five times.
In 2003, Wood also was inducted
into the Salem-Roanoke baseball hall of
fame.
