charges related to a plan to inflate
earnings at the medical services
company by more than two and a-half (b)

dictated everything from T-shirt
designs to seating in the executive
dining room.
The defense team said about 15
HealthSouth executives had hidden the
fraud from Scrushy.
All 15 have pled guilty.

The Utah Jazz gave up the 6th and
27th picks tonight plus a future first
round pick in order to get the third
pick tonight in a trade with Portland.
So, Utah will now select third
overall tonight - they want a point

shot a 70 to open the tournament. The
other co-leader is one of her playing
partners Meg Davies who just graduated
from J-M-U. The other member of the

Vickie Kasza who shot a 76 in round 1
out of 3.
