out of the dugout before pre-game
warm-ups when he shoved 2 cameramen. 1
of them had to be taken to the hospital
for treatment and was released. He has
pressed criminal charges against
Rogers. The baseball case was handled
by the commissioner Bud Selig himself.
Rogers and the Rangers are in Seattle
where he is scheduled to come off the
Disabled List to pitch against the
Mariners on Sunday. Rogers is 9 and 3
this season and the suspension could
cost him a spot on the All-Star team.
No work on whether Rogers will appeal.
