GRAPHIC=None With the N-B-A draft over, now the

league focuses on free agents. Their
is no player movement allowed until at
least July 22nd, but that hasn't stop
some negotiating.

ENG#=3 VO-NAT

VO-NAT One player who is a free agent but

will not be moving when the league
allows it is Ray Allen. The shooting
guard is staying in Seattle according
to his agent. Allen and the Seattle
Supersonics have agreed to a 5 year
deal worth 80 million dollars with an
additional 5 million dollars in
performance bonuses included. Allen
averaged almost 24 points per game last
season and helped lead the Sonics to

the playoffs as the 3rd seed in the
Western Conference.

And that was just fine with the
hundreds of protesters, some wearing

just thongs and plastic bull horns.

They marched through Pamplona today to
protest against the centuries-old
running of the bulls, Spain's
best-known fiesta.

Local authorities did not allow
protesters to march naked, as they did
once in 2002. So this year, many wore
only their underwear.
