OQ=...NEWS 7 SPORTS << Since the Roy Stanley memorial
(END SOT) golf events began in 2002 - Shayne

Graham has been one of the scholarship
foundation's biggest supporters.

And now Shayne has become part of
his own charitable efforts in
Cincinnati.

The Bengals third year kicker has
accepted the torch from former
Cincinnati kicker to carry on the Kicks
for Kids program.

Kicks for Kids was founded in
1995 to provide Cincinnati area at-rick

children with opportunities to pursue
their dreams. Graham's golf event this
year raised over 200 thousand dollars.

BITE OF SHAYNE

In addition to that charity
Shayne has founded "good for three" an
endeavor with the Cincinnati food bank.
In which he donates $300 for every
field goal he kicks. Last year his
foot helped feed 7000 kids.

BITE OF SHAYNE

Graham already has been a big
help to the Bengals on the field - his
122 points last season was a franchise
single season record. Shayne reports
to training camp on July 28th. Mike

in a felony. Walton played in 2 games

last season for the Hokies and was
expected to be a back-up for the Tech
Program at the rover position this
season. That will not be the case,
this afternoon Virginia Tech released a
statement, saying that Walton had been
dismissed from the team and that Head
Coach Frank Beamer would have no
further comment.
