she broke the glass with a rock, but
her daughter died an hour later of
asphyxiation. You can still see the
marks on the floor of the Laundromat

Police say making the decision to

charge the teen was difficult.

helped rescue three people from a
burning car thursday morning.

And Marc Davis hopes another person
who stopped to help will come forward.

thoughts were with the family of the
driver who was killed.

rescue, but says two young children

Meanwhile, Davis wants to speak
with a woman who also stopped to help.
He says she kept him focused, and

in the Commonwealth Games Baseball
competition this year. Over 80
professional and College Scouts were on
hand to watch. .

session with an aluminum bat and

Stewart was assisted by track workers.
He was transported to St. Joseph's
Hospital in Joliet for precautionary
X-rays after complaining of pain in his
upper torso.

He was released from the
hospital, but did not qualify this
afternoon.

the team's backup car out on the track
and ended up putting it in a very
respectable 13th in time trials.

Germany today, as Aussie Robbie McEwen
won his second straight stage, and
Lance Armstrong held his 55 second
lead.

OLN Armstrong finished 53rd in the :00 main pack of riders in what turned out
to be a rainy 7th stage.

The 142 mile trek on slick,
treacherous roads produced only two
minor incidents, including this one in
the pack about halfway to the finish as

the riders attempted to cross over
railroad tracks.

The sprinters week is over and
the riders will tackle the mountains
