Comcast Sports Net Plenty of locals dot the :00 leaderboard at the SunTrust State Open
in Richmond.

Appomattox's Faber Jamerson rolls
home this birdie putt. That got the
JMU grad to 9-under.

And how about Ashley Plantation's
Chip Sullivan. Check out the chip
right here that snuggles up close to
the hole. Chip is at 12-under par for
the tourney thru 15 holes, one shot off
the lead.

Martinsville's Keith Decker is
also in mix at 10-under, but a rain and
lightning delay has halted play at this
hour.
