Comcast Sports Net Chip made the turn at Willow Oaks :00 in good shape, down one to Richmond's
Ted Brown. But he had bogeys at the
13th and the 15th holes to make things
tough on himself.

At the 18th, Sullivan makes the
nice shot out of the bunker and would
tap in for par. He finished at
14-under after an even par day, good
for 2nd place.

Brown got to 17-under for the
win. Hardy's Matt Chandler, Faber
Jamerson of Appomattox, and
Martinsville's Keith Decker rounded out
the top 5.
