It happened on Diamond Hill Road
around 4:30.

3000 G-T crossed the center line and
collided head on with a pickup truck
hauling a load of lumber.

The 16-year old driver was
killed, along with three other teen
passengers.

None of their names have been
released.

The driver of the pickup truck
was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

on a wild chase is now in custody.

fatal accident in Bedford County
yesterday.

It happened on Diamond Hill Road
around 4:30.

State police say a Mitsubishi
3000 G-T crossed the center line and
collided head on with a truck hauling a
load of lumber.

The 16 year old driver was
killed, along with three other juvenile
passengers. None of their names have
been released.

The driver of the truck was taken
to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

seemed a small price to pay.

With flags and banners at the
ready, these 300 or so loved ones of
Charlie Company's citizen soldiers were
reminded how fortunate they were to
have something to celebrate.

Donna Cherry's husband, Crag, died
last August, leaving a son, Charlie,
behind.
