making a bang this week.

Beginning this afternoon, crews
will begin boring through nearly
30-feet of rock under University City
Boulevard.

Town officials say to expect one
blast in the late afternoon to-early
evening hours.

The explosion will take place
nearly 20-feet underground, but
officials say the noise and
inconvenience to motorists should be
minimal.

Four Goodview Teenagers died in the
accident.

16-year-old Joshua Logan Hale was
driving.

Justin Andrew Angell, 16-year-old
Marquee Marie Epperly, and 14-year-old
Skylar K. Marie Wilson.

Nearby residents believe speed may have
been a factor in the crash, but admit
they don't even know what the speed
limit is on Diamond Hill Road.

Community.
