William Westmoreland was 91 years old.

Attorney Randy Krantz says it's a
problem authorities stress when young
drivers come to court to pick up their
licenses.

Lawmakers have tried to address
the issue by limiting the number of
passengers young drivers are allowed to
carry.

For drivers under the age of 18,
state law allows just one unrelated
passenger under the age of 18 during
the first year they hold a driver's
license.

prostitute.

The attorney says Falwell was
