parking lot of a convenience store on
Route 460 in Montvale.
While they waited on two busloads
of their comrades, Guardsmen relaxed
and spent time with family who had met
up with them on their trip north from
Fort Bragg.

from complications during
calving.
The cow is said to have died on

farm is not being released.

of the hospital. He was released
today, less than 24 hours after a line
drive almost took off his head last
night. The Boston team doctor says
results of a second CAT scan this
morning were negative and that the
pitcher will accompany the team back to
Boston after today's game and be
evaluated there by the team
medical staff.
