to believe that Maverick Thomas was
behind his wife's death.

the family has been dealing with Lisa's
loss for so long, this is a little bit
of closure for them.

Maverick Thomas' legal team

after a Roanoke woman found a homemade
bomb near her front door.

to this Bluestone apartment in
northeast Roanoke around one this
afternoon.

Terrian Ellinger called police

after she says a threatening note was
thrown inside her home.

Seconds later, Ellinger says a
bomb landed on her porch.

Police arrested three teenagers
near Ellinger's home, but residents in
the area say the boys had nothing to do
with the incident.

Jamboree yet again. First it was
weather- but - this time it's at the

last night treating some 300- scouts
for heat related illnesses.

That after some waited four-

River, with a life-saving message in

July 2004 Pulaski County Supervisors voted this
week to add warning signs along the
river.

According to local emergency
personnel there have been at least six
drownings on the New River in Pulaski
County in the last seven years.

Signs will go up in dangerous
spots like this area along Parrot River
Road which took the life of two
fishermen in the last two years.

The signs are expected to go up
in the next two weeks.

and they've tacked on another charge of
peeping into an occupied dwelling.

35 year old Ernest Thomas
Hamilton went before a judge this
afternoon.

He was appointed an attorney and
has yet to make his 3-thousand dollar
bond.

31 year old Selena Kassab says
she caught Hamilton spying through her
apartment window on South Main Street.

Another woman has come forward
saying she too saw Hamilton watching
her.

Kassab, who's an art student,
even drew the suspect and plastered
posters of him all over town hoping to
help police catch him.

They say good work by patrol
officers from the night of the incident

before his family moved to Buena Vista
before he started high school.

Billy Wagner grew up in Tazewell
County before attending Ferrum.

They're two good ole southern
boys with traditional upbringings who

often find themselves surrounded by the
exact oppostite.

Wagner's performances this season
have endeared him to the hardcore -
often fickle Philly fans. He turned 34
years old on Monday of this week and
his stats clearly indicate he's still
one of the game's best closing pitcher.

Wagner is making nine million
dollars this season to pitch in
Citizens' Bank park - one of the most
fan friendly parks in the majors, but
one of the toughest on pitchers.

One his favorite things to do
these days - is bring his kids to the
park - on this day youngest son Jeremy
and a friend got to hang out with dad
at the ball park.

native Sarah Quesenberry have three
children Jeremy, Will and Olivia.

Billy also is helping other kids,
as well. His "Billy's K's For Kids"
program benefits foster children in the
greater Philadelphia area.

He donates $100 per strikeout and
$200 per save to the Department of
Human Services and encourages fans and
corporations to the same. The program
raised over $15,000 last season alone.
