on four counts including capital murder
charges.

Today a jury had to decide
whether or not to hand down a death
sentence.

lethal dose of morphine to his model
and girlfriend Marion Franklin.

He's charged with with felony

After more than two years of
delays, the trial is expected to get
under way in October.

A dog boutique and social club held
an ice cream party last night.

All breeds showed up to the event--
ranging from beagles to mutts.

This little miniature Doberman had a
great time eating a waffle cone, bigger
than his head.

After the cool treat, one dog
worked off the calories by playing with
a big beach ball, which he managed to
deflate in just a few seconds.

The Hokies won the ACC championship,
player of the year, and coach of the
