Valley.
Federal prosecutors say
Christopher Preston Stillwell of
Pulaski and Ricky Viars and Melinda
Lane, both of Max Meadows, pled guilty
today to conspiracy to manufacture
methamphetamine.
Six others have already entered
guilty pleas.
The investigation started in
2003 when Wythe and Pulaski County
deputies discovered several homemade
