GRAPHIC=Shooting Campbell County Police have a
warrant out for the arrest of one
person involved in a shooting Saturday
night.
Police say four people were hit
after gunfire was exchanged at a party.
Some of those hit were only
grazed while others were more seriously
injured.
All of the victims were taken to
Lynchburg General Hospital.

One shooter has been identified
as Robert Earl Stanley of Lynchburg.
Stanley is 24 years old, six feet
tall, and 155 pounds.
Stanley was last seen in a gray
colored S-U-V.
Anyone with information on his
whereabouts is asked to call the
Campbell County Sheriff's Office.

GRAPHIC=Shooting Henry County authorities have
located a vehicle wanted in a shooting.
Investigators say someone shot 32
year old Thomas Harrison three times in
Henry County yesterday morning.
It's believed that four people
drove to North Carolina and left
Harrison at a gas station near Eden.
The victim was airlifted to
Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem --
and was last reported in serious
condition.
There's no word if any arrests
have been made.

Fans of bluegrass and old-time
music have been gathering in Galax

has been given the green light from
Congress.

286-billion dollar transportation
spending bill.
The plan calls for dedicated truck
lanes, with truckers paying tolls to
use the lanes.
In all, Virginia will receive more than

projects.
According to one watchdog group, that's
the 12th largest dollar amount in the
nation.
