investigate a murder in Henry County.
Police have charged 28-year-old
Carlos Santana Morris with second
degree murder and use of a firearm in
commission of a felony after
authorities say he shot another man to
death.
Officials say a body was found on

Road in Henry County.

after threatening to blow up his house.

block of Colonial Avenue around 3:45
yesterday.
The man said he left the gas on
in his house -- after he had a fight
with his wife.
No one was in the home at the
time.
Police were able to talk to the
man and convince him to meet them at
the scene.
Another nearby house was
evacuated as a precaution.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The man has been charged with
assault -- and threatening to *bomb and
burn* a dwelling.

Academy.
The academy becomes one of a
handful of academies in the United
States to be hosted by a university
campus.

found Mike and Mary Short murdered in
their home in Henry County- their young
daughter's remains were found a month
later in North Carolina. No one
has been arrested but family, friends
and even strangers haven't given up
