lawsuit against Sheriff George McMillan
alleging gender discrimination, sexual
harassment, and assault and battery.

Lespia King worked for the
department from August 2000 until her
resignation in March 2004.

Two masked men tried to rob the
Glade Road Deli Mart at 10:00 last
night.

Both suspects had weapons and
took off running when they realized the

front door was already locked.

A K-9 unit led police to an
apartment building and a field,where
they found 23-year-old William Charles
Morva and 21-year-old Jeffrey Scott
Roberts.

Each is charged with attempted
armed robbery and use of a firearm in
the commission of a felony.

They are being held, without bond
at the Montgomery County jail.
