lives apart.

outgoing adorable brother any one could

Rader-the former Boy Scout leader-who
called himself BTK-for Bind, Torture,
Kill----terrorized the Wichita area.
From 1974 to 1991 he fulfilled his
sexual fantasies as he killed 10 people
including two children.
At times Rader-who was arrested in
February--wiped tears from his eyes as
he listened to the relative s
testimony.

The state trooper investigating
the crash that killed Minty Brandley
May 24th estimates her car was going
about 75 miles per hour in a 55 mile
per hour zone before it hit a tree on
Joppa Mill Road.
Now, the question of why was she
traveling so fast may be answered in a
9-1-1 phone call made that same
morning.

:22 had called Bedford County to let them
know about a strange phone call she had
received shortly before 7 a-m.
The Campbell dispatcher says a
friend of Minty Brandley had called

to Minty on her cell phone ... and that
Brandley had said she was going to run
off the road and kill herself.

County was already sending emergency
crews to a single-car accident on Joppa

Roanoke and plead guilty to drug
charges.
After his plea court security saw
