a breast reduction. But just days after
surgery she says her wounds started

skin grafts and developed knots in her
breast --that led her have both of them
removed because of the risk of cancer.

Lewis-Gale Clinic and on Friday the
jury awarder her 1-point-five million

The clinic is standing firmly behind
Wray. They say she has more than 20
years of experience of providing high
quality care. And that's why they are
considering appeal options.

domestic violence.

found Tori Smith and 34-year-old Mark
Lester inside a home in the 19-hundred
block of Orange Avenue.

Officials say it was a
murder-suicide.

Today, friends and family honored
Tori by holding a candlelight vigil and

Her 22nd birthday would have been
this coming Monday.

Police say the driver hit two utility

Their names and conditions are NOT

another driver in an accident that
knocked out power to one neighborhood.

the surrounding area.

Crews predicted the electricity

assault charge against her estranged

Gaskins.

Now, only one week before the
case was set to go to trial,
prosecutors dropped the charges facing
Gaskins, for a lack of probable cause.

Reports say Veronica Gaskins did

the *remains* of a missing pregnant
woman -- and arrested the father of her
unborn child.

24-year-old LaToyia Figueroa
disappeared on July 18th -- after a
pre-natal checkup.

Her remains were found today in nearby
Chester.

The suspect is Stephen Poaches
poh-SHAY' -- Figueroa's ex-boyfriend.

He went with her to the doctor on the
day she was last seen.

Police say Poaches was armed and
wearing a bulletproof vest when he was
arrested.

Figueroa was five months' pregnant and
also had a daughter.

wireless equipment on top of this water
tower in the Park Place community.

The board of supervisors told the
company it should look for other

The walls of a jail cell are usually
not memorable, unless you look at one
in Oklahoma.

It's called the drunk tank.

After being processed, inmates spend at
least four hours in the pink cell.

The walls also have painted animals --
which makes the cell a slightly more
soothing place.

The sheriff says all the work on the
walls are done by other inmates.

The artwork also serves as a
distraction to a crumbling, overcrowded
jailhouse -- that often holds double

its capacity.
