That was who the Hillcats were
hosting tonight at City Stadium and it
was a good night to get down.
The Wart-Hogs would waste no time
in getting on the board Noah Hall hits
one off the fence in left-centerfield,
Winston-Salem would take a 3 to nothing
lead after 1 inning.
They would add to the lead in the
top of the 3rd. The ball would get by
the Hillcat Catcher allowing 1 run to
score, but the Wart-hogs would get
greedy, Micah Schnurstein tried to
score from second he would get caught
in a run-down and be tagged out, no
further damage done.
Lynchburg would answer back in
the bottom of the 3rd. Taber Lee gets

their nickname Seminoles in post-season

The N-C-A-A backed off today
saying that allowing Florida State to
use the Seminoles actually recognizes
the relationship the school has enjoyed
with the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
