QUESTION: I understand there's been

That's right. The Boating Association

A spokesperson for the association says
Curling's statements regarding de

Florida State officials had
threatened to sue the NCAA over its new
policy of that restricts Native
American nicknames.

The N-C-A-A backed off today
saying that allowing Florida State to
use the Seminoles actually recognizes
the relationship the school has enjoyed
with the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

For Florida State and its massive
fan base it's just the latest in an

off-season riddled with distractions
and controversy.
