Radford Jamboree Rice returns 14 starters from :00 last year's team that just missed out
on making the playoffs. The Cavaliers
have plenty of size up front and speed
to burn. Replacing two starting
linebackers will be a challenge as JF
tries to make the post season for the
first time in a decade. We'll hear
from Coach Rice tonight at 6.

GRAPHIC=None We have breaking news at this

hour....A surprising development today
in the case of the girl who died in a
washing machine in a Chilhowie
laundromat.

The Smyth County prosecutor has
dropped all criminal charges against
the teenage brother of the 5-year-old
girl, Hope Wagoner.

VO-NAT Her 14-year-old brother had been

accused of involuntary manslaughter.

The girl suffocated after she was
trapped in a coin-operated machine at a
town laundromat.

The commonwealth's attorney says
further investigation made it unlikely
that he could get a conviction.
