involuntary manslaughter charge against
the brother of 5 year-old Rebecca Hope
Wagoner.

enough evidence to render a conviction

Wagoner's half -brother was
initially charged with his sister's
death. She suffocated after being

Chillhowie laundromat.

The makers of the washing machine
still face a civil suit from the

say they are working the case against
Mark de Tournillon "methodically and
meticulously."

Randy Krantz says at this point he's
waiting for the lab to return forsenic
evidence.

But, because of a new law which
came into effect on July first- if any
drug or alcohol evidence can be
established - Krantz could seek
*aggravated* involuntary manslaughter
charges which carry a stiffer penalty.

into the Lewises, killing them and

They were there to investigate a
stolen vehicle.

While deputies were talking to
someone else, Garrett confronted them

their car hit a truck on Route 501 near
Gladys.

Francis of Nathalie (NATH-uh-lee) was
headed north on 501 when state police
say she crossed the center line into
the path of a truck.

Francis' Nissan Frontier collided
with a flatbed truck headed south ...
she and her 8-year-old daughter were
killed in the crash.

Her 7-year-old daughter suffered
serious injuries and was taken to
Lynchburg General Hospital.

The truck driver and his passenger
were slightly hurt.

lawyer Oliver Hill.

Smith has offered to turn his
track into a field before, but back
then he was offering $3 and half

years for Todd Grantham to make. After
playing tackle and guard for the Hokies
from 1984 to 1988, Grantham served on
Frank Beamer's staff until 1995, the
last two years, coaching the defensive
line. He held the same position at
Michigan State, then headed to the
Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans,
before being named the Browns defensive
coordinator 6 months ago.
