after a tractor-trailer overturned
earlier today in Pulaski County.

ended its three-day hearings today --
to cut, downsize or reshape hundreds of
military bases.

Eighth to submit its final report to
President Bush.

He can then accept it, reject it or

base.

If not, the station could lose its jets
