its first game since it was previously
declared unsafe.
Fences, port-a-potties and roped
off areas greeted fans -- and many
weren't happy about it.
Parents and even educators called

says while the renovations could have

Proceeds from the event benefit

and the Autism Society of America.

yesterday -- just south of Dublin.
Janice Lee Foley of Conway, South
Carolina was driving when her right
rear tire blew out.
Foley tried to use the guardrail
as a guide to keep her truck from

guard rail -- overturned and went over
the embankment
Foley was not seriously injured
and was not charged.

Mark Warner says coverage has increased
for the FAMIS Health Insurance Program.
A new program called FAMIS Moms
offers prenatal care to women who just
exceed the cut- off for Medicaid.
More children can now get their
teeth cleaned thanks to additional
dentists joining the program.
And a new program called FAMIS Select
offers eligible families up to one
hundred dollars per child to help them
pay for their employer- sponsored
insurance.

Fences, port-a-potties and roped

of the Salem-VA hospital. The gruesome
discoveries prompted a number of
investigations and a management
shakeup. The last body was found in
December.

The week of December 7th was torture
for the families of eight miners killed
in a Wise County mine explosion. The
bodies were recovered days later. It
was Virginia's worst mining disaster in
35 years.
In April, southwest and central
virginia residents were busy cleaning
up from the Flood of '92. In some parts
of the region, officials said the
damage was worse than in 1985.
