looked yesterday along the Gulf Coast,
it looks even worse tonight.

Late this afternoon,
Louisiana's governor ordered the
evacuation of the entire city,
including thousands of refugees in New
Orleans' Superdome.

broke and pumps failed, flooding as
much as 80-percent of the city.

Hundreds of people have been
