afternoon where he toured the areas
direclty hit from Hurricane Katrina.

visited Baton Rouge where he'll meet

talk about relief operations.

He also thanked everyone who's
pitched in to help.

to the Gulf Coast.

Virginians are joining the relief
effort.

More National Guard troops from
Western Virginia are being called to
help.

225 soldiers from Lynchburg,
Lexington, Harrisonburg and
Charlottesville are being sent to
Mississippi.

Other National Guard members were
deployed over the weekend.

Joe Dashiell followed
them as they started their journey and
he joins us tonight in Jackson
Mississippi.
