affairs in order and report to prison.
Before leaving the courthouse
this afternoon, he told the judge he
had never "put one drop" of sewage in
the creek that runs through his Hardy
Road Trailer Park.
He said he had just "tried to
provide a decent place for folks to
live."
At one time, 22 homes were
connected to the sewage lagoon. Now
there's only one.
That lone holdout, Andrea Jo
Daugherty, has lived at the Park two
and a half years.
Cooper said people like her meant
he couldn't shut down the treatment
facility.
Daughterty says justice was
served by the prison term handed down
by Judge Norman Moon.

Community Hospital on May third.
Just yesterday police charged
26-year-old Tiffany Shatele Spears with

week.
For the first time in conference
history - seven teams are ranked in the
top 25 in football.
Three of those seven are former
Big East members,

community leaders to its new location.
The school moved from Colonial
Avenue to Rosalind Hills Baptist Church
off Brandon Road.
The Montessori program had to
