apartment fire in Giles County.

weekend robbery.

Police say a man was forced to
the ground at gunpoint on South Main
Street around 2:30 Sunday morning.

The suspects took his wallet.

Police picked up 21 year old

Brown's departure comes on the
day President Bush toured hurricane
devastation in two states.

Bush, along with the governor of
Louisiana and mayor of New Orleans,
rode in a convoy of military trucks
through neighborhoods plagued by
stench, mud and high water.

While the trip is Bush's third to
the region since the hurricane struck
two weeks ago, it was his first
up-close glimpse.

The President spent the afternoon
visiting the Gulf Coast region.

Virginia woman on life support last
month, has died at the age of five
weeks.

The Torres family released a
statement today saying that Susan Anne
Catherine Torres died of heart failure
after emergency surgery last night.
