Residents of Cable, Illinois are
debating a new name.

The town made up of only 45 families
is deciding whether to change its name
from Cable to Dish.

A satellite television company is
offering 10 years of free service to
residents if the town changes its name.

VO-NAT VO-NAT

The potential name change created
some real- life drama at the Cable town
meeting last night.

The idea isn't getting a good
reception from everyone.

City leaders have decided to put off
a decision.

So for now, residents will have to
stay tuned to find out what happens.
