Richmond police found Taylor
Behl's car yesterday about a mile and
half from the Virginia Commonwealth
University dorm where she was last seen
nearly two weeks ago.

Police say an off-duty police
officer found the car.

Its Virginia license plate had
been replaced with plates from Ohio.
Police put the car under surveillance,
but went ahead and impounded it last
night after no one attempted to move
it.

The F-B-I was called to do a
forensic investigation of the car and a
K-9 team was brought to the scene to

Mayor Nagin insists his plan was

A private memorial service was held

Thousands of people lined the streets
of Richmond as the funeral procession

moved to Second Presbyterian Church.

Reynolds was was laid to rest on June
16 at the family plot near Critz
(KRYTZ) in Patrick County.

On May 28, 1971 a small plane flying
from Atlanta to Martinsville was
reported missing. Six people were
reported to be aboard the plane.

One of them was Audie Murphy, the most
decorated U-S soldier of World War-Two
and the star of more than 40 movies.
Days later, authorities found the
charred remains of the plane on Brush
Mountain in Craig County. In 1974, the
Veterans of Foreign Wars placed a
monument on the crash site. Veterans
gather there every year to honor
Murphy.

Instead, around 700 of them - nearly
half the student body - rode their
