of touching them inappropriately,
propositioning them at work and
offering one woman money in return for
physical contact.
McMillan claims the lawsuit is a

today in an eight year old Montgomery
County murder case.

Today Livingston Bud Pritchett is
accused of shooting 57 year old Estell
Singleton at the Ironto rest stop in
1997.

April 1997 convicted of first degree murder.

the state Supreme Court because jurors
were not told he was mentally retarded.
Today Pritchett entered a not
guilty plea.
The trial is expected to last at

assaulted a 12-year-old girl.
30-year -old Wilberto Hernandez
is charged with rape.
Investigators say the incident
happened Monday night, at an extended
stay motel on Thirlane Road.

in the U.S.

accident while driving drunk in
Campbell County last year will spend
time in prison.

February 24th Police say 39-year-old Tammy Boaze
(BOHZ) was weaving around other
vehicles when she clipped a car on
Route 501 near Naruna February 24th.
The impact sent the car skidding
into the other lane where it collided
head-on with a vehicle driven by
43-year-old Darryl Younger ... Younger
was killed instantly.
A judge today sentenced Boaze to a
total of 13 years on traffic and
aggravated involuntary manslaughter
charges.

when they will know whether Louisana
has recovered enough to keep the game

Stewart crashed while practicing at
Lowe's Motor Speedway. Stewart had run
only a handful of laps and left the
track with a headache. This raises
more questions about the track surface
which was levigated before and after
the May race at Lowe's. Which had a
record 22 caution flags. Stewart said
track president Humpy Wheeler deserves
credit for trying to make the track
better, but has made it worse.

When the cup cars return to race in
Charlotte on October 15th. The Wood
Brothers Glen and Leonard will be
honored with the Smokey Yunick Award
during a pre-race ceremony. The award
recognizes those whose lifelong efforts
have had a major impact on motorsports

Another racing note. Robert Yates
racing is shaking things up. Todd
Parrott who had been Elliott Sadler's
crew chief for the past 2 seasons is
going back to the 88 car with Dale
Jarrett. Parrott and Jarrett won 26
races togther including 2 Daytona
5-hundred's and a point title in 1999.
Neither Sadler or Jarrett, the 2

The B-25 crash-landed during a
training mission in 19-43.
Several dozen people worked ten days
to lift it out of the water.
Hundreds of people stood by as a
crane slowly lifted it to dry land.
The plane will be taken apart and
transferred to Birmingham, Alabama-
where it will make its new home in a
museum.
