officials say it could be two years
before the Red Cross leaves the gulf
coast so the need for volunteers will

deployment through the Roanoke Valley
Chapter -- and that's unprecedented.

year old Ben Fawley on suspicion of
child pornography-

Earlier this week, police searched
Fawley's- apartment taking a computer
and CD's.

Fawley has been called a person of
interest in Taylor Behl's case. He is
one of the last people who last saw
Behl- the two reportedly had a romantic
relationshp and Fawley had put
photographs of Behl on his website

17 year old Behl is the VCU college
freshman who's been missing for more
than 2 weeks.

Jury members couldn't come to an
agreement on whether or not Pritchett
had in fact murdered and robbed
57-year-old Estel Singleton at the
Ironto rest stop eight years ago.

The judge's decision appeared to
upset the Singleton family.

The Commonwealth's Attorney Joey
Showalter says there will be a retrial.

Pritchett's family was encouraged
by the ruling.

21- year old Dane Johnson Powers
was found dead at the scene of the
wreck around three.

Police say it looks like Johnson
veered off of Parkview Drive and into a
