Ricky was one of the nearly 90
B-Company Marines who left their
families and friends in January to head
off to Iraq.
The marines were stationed in the
Iraq's Al-Anbar province, where they
were involved in a number of
operations, inlcuding Operation
Matador.
And they endured some hardships -- one
Marine lost his leg in a roadside bomb,
and another died.
Incidents that worried Diane Tuck for
months.
But, not anymore.

Taylor Behl.

is backing off the label, because it's

knows about Behl.
He's one of the last people to
see the 17- year- old V-C-U student
before she disappeared more than three

suspicious death of a young woman
today.

They say the woman lived there

spend millions of dollars on two big
projects - one for sewage treatment,
the other for a new jail.

of Fincastle just over two million
dollars. Currently, there's a lagoon
