A wildfires that's blackened at
least 17-thousand acres and is roaring
perilously close to some multi-million

causing delays for some school

The call went out early Thursday
morning for every lineman at Niagara
Mohawk to report to work to help get
electricity restored.
Forecasters say wind gusts
reached up to 70-miles-per-hour.

But one lucky dog was able to reunite
with its family

A passing boat owner was able to
rescue Sassy and she was airlifted to

temporary home, hre owners say she'll
