GRAPHIC=ACC Connection Many football coaches would love

to have the opportunity to coach in the
A-C-C.

But it probably seems routine for
one family. Three of its members have
made the A-C-C a family affair.

Grant Kittellson has the story.

Frank Rocco Senior and his wife Ann
sitting in the stands. They are the
parents of three coaching sons. Danny
Rocco is an assistant coach at U-V-A.
Frank Junior is the head coach at
Lynchburg Christian Academy and the
youngest brother Dave is Staunton
River's Head Coach.

it should be no surprise they all ended
up as football coaches they learned
from their father who coached in the

High School and college including a
stop at Penn State

(FRANK JUNIOR BITE:)

heading into 2005, Dave had to take a
backseat to his older siblings

(DAVE BITE:)

STANDUP:The youngest Rocco may not be
the one to laugh at for long. Staunton
River has won 2 games this season after
going winless a year ago. and heading
into their games this weekend the
Rocco's as a coaching family are 8 and
1. With this Week's A-C-C Connection.
