could be fined ten thousand dollars a
day for every day the project is not
finished after August 15th.

As of today, that fine would total a

it started, but the home is a total

The two residents were not

re-indicted DeLay on charges of money
laundering and conspiring to launder
money.

Last week, DeLay was charged by
another grand jury with conspiracy to
violate campaign finance laws.

Defense lawyers asked a judge

statute that didn't take

effect until a year after the alleged
acts.

In a statement, DeLay denounced
District Attorney Ronnie Earle, saying

those killed in a four-vehicle accident
in Louisa County Saturday night.

on Route-15, northeast of
Charlottesville.

triggered when a car tried to pass a
pickup truck.

The driver of that car died on the

scene, along with two others in a
minivan -- 38-year-old Bridget Stoope

New court documents name three
women-

one of them a deputy of five years who
says the Sheriff stated He liked
uniforms to be fitted.. said she had a

nice ass and ought to show it off."

Rhonda Johnson states that as he
spoke the sheriff put his hand on the
inside of her thigh.

Johnson also said she tried to
take her own life in part because of
the harassment and was admitted to St.
Albans this past August. Within a
couple of weeks, she said she was
notified that her job had been
terminated.

public information officer at the

work.

arrested last week after police caught
him in the act of breaking into a
lighting store on Timberlake Road.

Police believe Todd was breaking
into the businesses to feed a drug
habit.

He's charged with 16 burglaries and

He was fired yesterday as the
manager of the Detroit Tigers.
Trammell who was a star player for the
club couldn't turn the team around, his

300 losses. Detroit will interview
former Pirates and Marlins skipper Jim
Leyland about the opening.

Plus, last night the Dodgers and
Jim Tracy agreed to part ways. The
Dodgers finished 20 games under 500
this season. It was the franchise's
second-worst season since moving from
Brooklyn in 1958.
