hear- Remains found yesterday have
been positively identified as those of
missing V-C-U student, Taylor Behl.

Richmond September 5th.

County- an hour outside Richmond
yesterday.
Acting on a tip, they headed to
the wooded area where they found
remains in a shallow grave.
Some of those remains were sent
to the Medical Examiner's office
yesterday, and they were positively
identified this afternoon.

drug robbery in Radford is headed to
prison.

Parris plead guilty to several charges
this morning including robbery and
distributing cocaine.
Parris was the getaway driver in
last year's murder in an apartment
building on Downey Street.
Parris threw the murder weapon
into the New River.
Under a plea agreement, Parris
was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The trigger man and an accomplice
are already serving time.

An arsonist could go to prison
now that he's been convicted of burning
a Radford church.
21-year old Joshua Roseberry
never said he set fire to the First
Christian Church last June, but he
admitted there was enough evidence to
convict him.
The fire caused more than a
quarter-million dollars in damage.
Roseberry will be sentenced
later. His lawyers will plead for
leniency based on mental health issues.

portion of the Route 29 Bypass that
helps motorists avoid traffic delays in
the Hill City and Madison Heights.
The 12-mile, 270-million dollar
road has been opened piece by piece
since last year ... today, the last
five-mile section opened to traffic.
V-DOT estimates it will carry up
to 20-thousand cars a day.
