investigating the disappearance of
missing college student Taylor Marie
Behl made the discovery yesterday.

an isolated piece of private property.

Police are not saying whether the
remains are those of Behl who was last
seen a month ago on the campus of

peacefully.

Patrick Hunter Gauldin was taken
into custody around 11 A.M. yesterday
after a short standoff.

It all started when The Henry
County Sheriff's Office located a
stolen pickup truck from Eden, North
Carolina at the King's Court Motel.

The 2003 gray Toyota pickup was
involved earlier in the morning in an
armed robbery of a store located in
Rockingham County, North Carolina.

Gauldin was taken to Memorial
Hospital of Martinsville and Henry
County for a possible drug overdose.

Gauldin faces several felony charges
including robbery.

square one in a murder investigation.

Officials say a man they spoke to
yesterday is no longer considered a
"person of interest" in the murder of
48 year old Awni Awny Murad.

says he fired Rhonda Johnson in late
August, because she fired her Sheriff's
Department-issued weapon inside her
home.

She's one of the women accusing the
Sheriff of sexually harassing her.

change that.

The center will not only display
artifacts and photographs, but also

peacefully.

Patrick Hunter Gauldin was taken
into custody around 11 A.M. yesterday
after a short standoff.

It all started when The Henry
County Sheriff's Office located a
stolen pickup truck from Eden, North
Carolina at the King's Court Motel.

The 2003 gray Toyota pickup was
involved earlier in the morning in an
armed robbery of a store located in

Rockingham County, North Carolina.

Gauldin was taken to Memorial
Hospital of Martinsville and Henry
County for a possible drug overdose.

Gauldin faces several felony charges
including robbery.

came forward this week accusing Roanoke
Sheriff George McMillan of sexual
harassment- worked directly for the
sheriff.

That's one argument McMillan's
attorney is using in a motion to the
dismiss the case..

Another interviewed for a job with
the sheriff.

Their statements were in support of
former deputy Lespia King's lawsuit.

In court documents, Sheriff
McMillan denies he sexually harassed
King, but admits that he may have

occasion or reciprocated a hug- as he
says he does with employees male and
female alike.

The Sheriff also denies asking
King to sit on his lap and give him a
kiss.

He says he did not maintain a
hostile work environment or one charged
with sexual harassment.
