Witnesses say an officer began hitting
the man's head at least four times --

hurt last night when a deck collapsed
at a wedding party in Virginia Beach.

Martinsville Speedway where 85 drivers
started the weekend with a shot at the
Bailey's 300 title, but only one would
get to victory lane.
