joined the reserves and took an oath to

regulations override any state and
local law. Why are the state and local
courts spending tax dollars on an issue
that is clearly the problem of the Army
General Counsel or the counsel of
whatever military branch Mr. Hannett is
in?

night's debate to pull ahead in a race
that's virtually dead even in the
polls. Democrat Tim Kaine and
Republican Jerry Kilgore covered dozens
of topics including the death penalty
and taxes.

It was the last debate of the campaign
season.

is giving Roanoke city a passing grade.
Administrators, principals, and
