Jesse points out motorcycles can
maneuver better and get around faster,
especially when traffic is backed up.

But motorists often don't even
see them, Sergeant Jesse says... other
BIKERS occaisionally DO take note of
the specially- marked Harleys.

School will honor the 1995 Cavalier
team that won an A-C-C Championship and
recorded the only win over the
seminoles in the history of this
series. Anthony Poindexter who stopped
Warrick Dunn on the games final play
will be in Scott Stadium, but A-P will
have other things to do. He is in his
second season as the running backs
coach for the Cavs.

(Wali Lundy:Dex has been talking about
it.58:08)

(AP:3:01:40)

That Coach Poindexter would be
talking is not a surprise. When he was
a player his game was all about Energy
and that has carried over to his
coaching

(A-P:3:02:39)

(WALI:57:50)

Poindexter would probably still be
playing, just on Sunday's if it weren't
for a serious knee injury that he
suffered as a Senior

(AP:3:02:39)

Another advantage of being a coach, it

allows A-P to return to his old HIgh
School.

(AP-3:03:44)

if he can continue to make kids choose
U-V-A over other schools he maybe

The Salvation Army was one of

seven organizations around Roanoke that
benefited from the United Way Days of
Caring campaign.

The teens here helped the
Salvation Army gear up for the holiday
season.

In total, 246 Glenvar High School
students took part.

The program is meant to show
students how to give back to their

Employees say these students
accomplished in one afternoon the
amount of work that would take them
