ESPN Early on, the Virginia defense :00 came to play. Drew Weatherford feels
the pressure and the FSU QB overthrows
his man. Marcus Hamilton makes the

pick and then turns in a nice return to
put the Cavs in business.

That led to this. Marques Hagans
uses his feet to buy some time. He
gets flushed out of the pocket but
finds Jon Stupar in the endzone for the
touchdown and it was 7 nothing UVA.

But the Seminoles answered as
Lorenzo Booker takes the handoff and
follows his blockers off the left side.
Booker then turns on the jets for a 58
yard touchdown run.

Connor Hughes did his part for
the home team in this one booting 3
first half field goals to keep Florida
State at bay.

Right before the half, Hagans
was doing his thang again. This time
he hits Wali Lundy and Lundy did the
rest getting in for a 16 yard touchdown.
*CG final Florida State #4 Virginia led it 23 to 10, and right

18 now the Cavaliers are up 26 to 18 in Virginia the 4th quarter. Grant Kittelson is in 26 Charlottesville and will have a 4th quarter complete recap on News 7 Sunday
Morning.

NBC Sports Notre Dame put USC to the test in :00 South Bend today. Brady Quinn gave the
Irish a 31-28 lead with this short
touchdown with just 2 minutes left.

But Matt Leinhart and the top
ranked Trojans completed a 4th down
pass good for 61 yards to Dwayne
Jarrett and then with under 20 seconds
to go Leinhart scrambles inside the 5,
when he gets hit and the ball pops up
in the air and out of bounds. The
clock keeps running and the Irish think
they've won the game.

But the officials put 7 ticks
back on the clock, and Leinart took
advantage by scoring on the sneak. USC
survived a huge scare 34 to 31 for its
28th consecutive win. *CG locator Austin, TX

After months of speculation, the
one character who has become the
world's most beloved frog is actually
in West Texas, specifically Kermit,
Texas.

Where else would this beloved member of
the muppet's empire celebrate its 50th
anniversary this year.

Kermit is leading the way with a
fifty-city world tour, and he picked
Kermit, Texas for the kickoff.

For the hoopla, the town turned
green.

They painted Kermit's face on the

water tower, named a street Kermit the
Frog, and naturally, gave him the key
to the city.

And who says it's not easy being
